Everyday Is an Interview

Habits determine who we become.

Standards define expectations. Habits determine whether we consistently meet them.

Over the past ten weeks, we’ve explored the daily behaviors that separate good intentions from meaningful results. Success is rarely built on one extraordinary moment. It is built on ordinary actions repeated with extraordinary consistency.

The 10 Habits

  1. Habits Are the Reps
Excellence is built one repetition at a time.
  2. Small Habits, Big Outcomes
Small, consistent actions produce remarkable results.
  3. Habits Over Goals
Goals provide direction. Habits create progress.
  4. The Habits No One Sees
    Private discipline creates public success.
  5. Habits Shape Identity
Every action is a vote for the person you are becoming.
  6. The Habit of Finishing
Professionals earn trust by completing what they begin.
  7. The Habit of Showing Up
    Opportunity begins with consistency.
  8. The Habit of Continuous Learning
Growth belongs to those who never stop learning.
  9. The Habit of Seeking Feedback
    Improvement begins with humility.
  10. The Habit of Reflection
    Reflection transforms experience into wisdom.

Habits are not built in a day.

They are built every day.

Every day is an interview. The person you become tomorrow is being shaped by the habits you practice today.

“Success is not a single achievement. It is the accumulation of habits practiced consistently over time.”
